Discussion and Verification
This platform also provides several mechanisms related to verification to enhance the added value of impact-related information. (Some are available even during the pilot period.)
*Please note that some features are currently in preparation for launch (as of December 2025). We will provide updates on progress through releases as appropriate.
Forums

Users (mainly disclosers/information owners) can set up a space on the platform to exchange views regarding specific impact-related information. This both allows users to capture additional details proactively and enhances reliability through feedback from experts and external parties, providing insights into better measurement methods. For non-owner participants, it offers opportunities to deepen understanding and contribute to the community by applying their expertise. A forum can be initiated by the user with the information, or upon agreeing to a request from a viewer (requests may also be declined), and can be closed by the user. Participant eligibility can be set by user type (see “User Types” for details) and configured/changed by the user who creates the forum.
Voting

Users (mainly disclosers/information owners) can set up a voting space on the platform concerning the validity (e.g., whether intended impacts, measured indicators, calculation results, and approaches are appropriate) and direction (e.g., what to prioritize when multiple choices exist) of specific impact-related information. For users, this can enhance reliability through feedback from a broad group of individuals and organizations and foster diverse understanding of the impact. For voting participants, it offers a valuable opportunity to express opinions; in some cases, incentives may be provided (see the separate “Points Program” section). Voting is not limited to single-choice formats; general survey-like items can also be set. Only the user who owns the information on the platform has administrative control over this feature, can initiate it, and can close it; participant eligibility can be configured by user type (see “User Types”) and set/changed by the user initiating the vote (e.g., do not exclude general users but display segmented results). Votes are anonymous; however, in cases where incentives aligned with the voting results are set, information about the vote content may be used lawfully within platform functions.
Process Proof

Users (mainly disclosers/information owners) can upload (push) information pertaining to the authenticity of their impact management processes to the platform. With the workflow function (paid), it is possible to record, within planning, approval, management, and review processes for impact management, when actions were taken, by whom they were approved, and the specific content. This information is validated by the system as a digital asset; by uploading (pushing) the same data to the platform, users can reinforce, for platform users, the authenticity of their impact management processes and the qualitative/quantitative information presented during those processes. This feature is primarily intended and designed for professionals who wish to implement advanced impact management and use it officially. Accordingly, the processes that can be managed are aligned with verification perspectives used in existing external certifications. In the future, it will be possible to more easily enhance the reliability of information and processes through collaboration with such bodies.
Connecting External Information

In some areas of impact evaluation, the use of real data (e.g., from IoT devices, satellite data) is being demonstrated. To maximize the value of such data and verification methods, the platform supports more efficient reporting/disclosure via API connections, while ensuring transparency and authenticity. With this feature, users (impact-creating entities that outsource measurement of data) can incorporate measured data seamlessly and with authenticity maintained into their impact management, thus enabling more reliable disclosure/reporting to a broader set of stakeholders. For data measurers/vendors, connecting with the platform removes the need to develop functions and UIs individually to meet users’ impact management needs, creating more opportunities to use data and maximizing data-use value.
Connecting external information requires verification/registration of the data measurer/vendor as the source of information; in addition to applications by the data measurer/vendor themselves, registration can also be completed by a user (customer of the measurer/vendor) applying on their behalf.
