Reporting and Disclosure

This feature allows users to provide planned/measured information to parties outside their organization. Users on the receiving end (all users, if publicly disclosed) cannot in principle edit the information; they can browse and comment on authorized information.

Reporting

How to Use

Users can report uploaded/entered information on the platform to specific users. The scope of the information to be reported can be configured separately for each target user. Users can also issue individual web links for the information to be reported and use those links for reporting.

Examples

  • An impact-creating entity that has received investment/financing reports impact-related progress as part of monitoring by investors/financial institutions.
  • In a project where specific impact creation is a requirement, the reporter (project manager) periodically reports to the report recipient (project owner).

Disclosure

How to Use

In cases where information is to be made public without limiting the audience, users can disclose database information. The scope of information to be disclosed can be configured item-by-item for disclosure/non-disclosure. Users can also issue individual web links for disclosed information and use those links for disclosure.

Examples

  • Gaining broad recognition from stakeholders, including investors and companies, for their initiatives.
  • For specific KPIs, list the KPI itself in the integrated report, etc., while referring readers to this platform for detailed logic and sources, enabling efficient disclosure.

Notes on Management and Permissions

  • Permissions can be configured in stages for each item of information (e.g., disclose the logic model but not the KPIs).
  • Generally, users proceed in the order of organizing information → reporting or disclosure → version control & adding viewers (→ deletion, if necessary). These processes are recorded on the platform and can be checked as needed. However, prior versions are typically overwritten on the platform, and the data before modification cannot be viewed.
