Planning and Measurement (Evaluation)
This feature provides processes that allow a broad range of users to conduct meaningful planning and measurement (evaluation) of the social impacts created by specific businesses and initiatives, in line with at least basic, general frameworks and standards.
Basic Functions Required for Planning and Measurement

Reference/create issue maps and system diagrams
User can visually organize the structure of the issues to be resolved.

Reference/create logic models
User can build a logic model using a wizard (by answering a series of questions) or from scratch.

Reference/set KPIs and metrics
User can set KPIs for impact measurement using existing data or starting from scratch.

Reference/design calculation formulas
For each KPI, statistics and data can be linked. In cases requiring estimation, calculation formulas can be set and data linked for calculation purposes.

Reference/link back data
User can search for data corresponding to KPIs or data required for calculation, and link it to KPIs or calculation formulas.

Simple Mode
This mode is useful for the users like below:
- Quickly organize the value created by activities.
- Manage social value in a low-burden way without focusing on detailed systems or methods.
Detailed Mode
This mode is useful for the users like below:
- Conduct impact evaluation in line with standard frameworks.
- Organize content for disclosure and logic with precision and agility, incorporating company-specific information.
Professional Mode (Paid)
This mode is useful for the users like below:
- Manage continuously for stakeholder engagement and enhancing corporate value.
- Achieve efficient, integrated management in large organizations.

Input of Existing/Related Information Also Possible
Upload Information
Information can be uploaded by the following three methods:
- Enter impact-related information directly on the platform (recommended).
- Upload the main body of reports that include impact-related information (PDFs, etc.).
- Upload URLs where impact-related information is posted (e.g., sources of reports and statistical information).
Request for Platform
You can request that the platform perform the following with respect to uploaded information:
- Parsing information (e.g., extracting relevant information from an uploaded PDF and entering it).
- Confirming information (e.g., checking uploaded content for data-validation errors).
- Verification of information (see “Discussion and Verification” for details).
