Overview
The impactlake Platform (hereinafter referred to as “this platform”) will commence operations on January 5, 2026, as an “open” foundation capable of continuously and systematically supporting the planning, measurement, reporting, verification, and utilization of impact.
To facilitate flexible functional enhancements and operational optimization while addressing a wide range of needs as much as possible, a pilot period has been established for a phased launch.

Objective
Phased rollout in production (sequential feature release, data expansion, operational optimization) and intensive feedback collection
Available Function
Essentially, functionality equivalent to future production environments will be provided. However, some features are scheduled for launch during the pilot period.
Period
January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026 (Estimated duration: 6 months to a maximum of 1 year. We will notify you at least 30 days prior to the actual transition date)
End of Program
We plan to comprehensively evaluate factors including the number of supporters and users, data volume, progress in data usage and verification, the comprehensiveness of anticipated operational patterns and their verification status, and the incorporation of feedback. Should any issues requiring fundamental resolution arise, we will temporarily suspend system operations, establish another short pilot period, and then proceed to full-scale operation.
Notes
During the pilot program, we may flexibly adjust features, displays, wording, etc., as necessary while maintaining quality sufficient for practical use. Furthermore, based on feedback received during the pilot program, some features may be modified, added, or removed, or added to or removed from the scope of complimentary offerings upon transition to full operation, with prior notification. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
