User Types

In this platform, there are 3 types of user as below. In addition, It is acceptable for the same organization to register under multiple types (e.g., an insurance company’s investment unit as an investor, and the same company’s corporate division as a general enterprise). Please also register department names and roles.

General: No special verification required

  • Individual
  • Other

Official: Domain and organization name verification required

  • Company (listed companies, startups, general enterprises)
  • Various organization (e.g., non-profits)
  • Municipality

Entity Verification Required (because special permissions may be granted)

  • Investors/financial institution (please register primary financial products/asset classes)
  • Service provider (research institutions, data acquisition/analysis institutions, data providers, etc.)
  • Certification body (audit firms, assurance providers, third-party certification bodies)
  • Academic/research institution (universities, etc.) and experts

What Each User Can Do

Each user has the following permissions for each function (organized for the pilot stage; subject to expansion/reduction based on future discussion):

View-only

theres users cannot edit or upload

Other (Customize)

If, due to information security or IT policies, uploading or entering information is not allowed (view-only), it is also possible to operate with view-only users and separately provide updates to information through another administrative contact. Please consult us individually.
