Data Management & Safety
Public vs. Private Data
Platform is mainly for public and shared data. Register only data you have the right to disclose.
Do not place personal, confidential, copyrighted, or other unauthorized data in public areas. Plus supports restricted sharing. Use Business for private multi-user data and organizational controls.
Account Security
- Do not share login credentials with third parties.
- When registering on behalf of an organization, confirm that you have the necessary authority.
- Update account information if your affiliation or responsibilities change.
- Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
- Confirm you have the rights and lawful basis for data you register or publish.
